No. Each page is built in code for your business and your content. You get the files; there is no builder subscription locking you in.
Yes. Drafting, copy and code are produced with AI tools and reviewed before anything is sent to you. That is how the price and the three-day clock are possible. You will always deal with a person for approvals and changes.

The care plan (US$29/month) covers hosting, SSL, a monthly backup and unlimited small edits (text, hours, prices, photos, a new review) within one business day. Cancel any month: the site stays live where it is, you already hold the source files, and later edits are US$49 per request.
Answers to the 12-question intake form, your logo and photos if you have them, any reviews you want quoted, and access to add two DNS records at your domain registrar (I send the exact records). The three-day clock starts when the brief is approved and the content is in.
